Is it normal i feel a sharp pain on the pelvis area randomly and after orgasms?

I sometimes feel a sharp pain out of nowhere in various situations (walking, sitting, sleeping, etc...), which feels like a needle was put right in the middle of my legs (im a boy by the way). Im not sure if its a pain in the prostate because i dont know where it is. It hasnt happened lately, but it was frequent in my teen age, when this part was growing up.

What Im most worried about is that I feel a similar pain in all the pelvis area after I masturbate. But only when I have really good orgasms, I doesnt happen every time. But sometimes the pain is ridiculously excruciating.

Im nervous to tell this part to a doctor, but if I see its not normal, I guess I have no choice.

pain is a signal all is not right . skip all doctors and see one that calls himself a urologist/ proctologist. he signed up for probing assholse and looking at dick stuff. no one else will do. he will do whatever it takes to find the pain even if it means he has to jack you off in his office.

That doesn't sound normal to me. Really strong orgasms have sometimes given me a degree of pain, but it's more an aching sensation than the sharp stab you describe.

I can understand your concern about talking to a doctor about this, but any qualified urologist will have heard about far more embarrassing things. If you're embarrassed to say that you masturbate, you don't need to go into that detail, but just say it happens when you orgasm. In any case, the vast majority of guys have masturbated, so it's highly unlikely any male doctor you talk to about this would be shocked or judgemental.

I doubt if any urologists hang out here, so you're unlikely to get a definite explanation. However, here are a couple of web pages with possible causes:
