Is it normal i feel better with less sleep?
If I sleep for 4 hours I wake up feeling better than I do with 6-8 hours. Everybody says it's bad for my health but after a 6-8 hour sleep I wake up irritable, grumpy and can't concentrate. I'll feel like that all day. If I sleep less I wake up alert and can think more clearly. The longer I'm awake and the less sleep I get, the happier I am.
