Is it normal i feel tired quicly ???

when i do anything even small i feel so tired, when i go to the college even when the lecture is only 2 or 3 hours when i get back home first thing i do is take my clothes off and sleep for couple of hours, i mean its wasnt too much to get exhausted like that, and i sleep a lot at night also for 8 hours in addition to the long 3 hours nap too, and my sleeping cycle is not good too, sometimes i sleep in the the whole day and stay up all night, my sleep is my daily struggle, although i eat healthy, go to the gym regularly and i dont have any illness, i think i should more awake and i need that a lot
any suggestions ?

    You need to see your doctor: there are lots of things which could be causing your tiredness and you need to find out the cause.

    If your sleep cycle isn't consistent, it can cause the quality of your sleep to suffer. If your sleep time is constantly changing, it's kind of like you keep getting jet lag. There are other factors too, like the weather or time of year. I think under your circumstances, it's normal to tire quickly.

    or go ride a roller coaster. more socialness. do something thats fun and exciting to you
