Is it normal i feel tired quicly ???
when i do anything even small i feel so tired, when i go to the college even when the lecture is only 2 or 3 hours when i get back home first thing i do is take my clothes off and sleep for couple of hours, i mean its wasnt too much to get exhausted like that, and i sleep a lot at night also for 8 hours in addition to the long 3 hours nap too, and my sleeping cycle is not good too, sometimes i sleep in the the whole day and stay up all night, my sleep is my daily struggle, although i eat healthy, go to the gym regularly and i dont have any illness, i think i should more awake and i need that a lot
any suggestions ?
