Is it normal i find the bear in the big blue house funny?

I only have a really vague memory of watching the show as a kid, but I’ve been watching ytps of it and every time I see that bear I just want to burst out laughing. Just something about the way he moves and his facial expressions just make me feel like laughing. And it’s not like a so bad it’s good costume design, just an overall silly impression I get from it ig.
