Is it normal i get cold after a bowel movement?

I've noticed over the last few years that when I have a bowel movement I'm often extremely cold for up to 30 minutes afterward. I tend to be cold a lot anyway but this will make me cold and shivering even on a warm summer day.

So, is it normal and if you have any idea tell me what you think is making it happen.

    I've never heard of such a thing but if I were you I'd be taking my temperature before you take a shit and then afterwards and check just how much your temperature is dropping. You could then decide if it's worth seeing a doctor about it.
