A lot of times if I'm with other people and I recently masturbated, I'm like "shit what if they know?" I mean I wash my hands and freshen up afterward so I don't think I've been caught red handed yet, but there's still that lingering embarrassment of going into work and saying hi to my boss when I just rubbed one out 20 minutes ago.

    I think it's normal but you shouldn't worry so much. How about being proud instead? After all 95% of all those people do it too so why bother...
    Just the next time you're afraid of someone finding it out, imagine them doing the exact same thing. Imagine how they are trying to hide it, pretty much like you. If you ever overcome your fear of being caught and imagine someone else having this problem it suddenly turns out to be hilarious.
