Is it normal i getting skin flakes?

I getting skin flakes on my face. This does not happen all the time but it looks like little fish scales coming off of me when it does.

    The same thing happens to me. I just assumed i am a gay fish because i also like fish sticks Thats why i now live on a sailboat
