Is it normal i google random things to drop them in conversation randomly?

I'm addicted to just coming up with a jibberish question for google and seeing if an answer exists somewhere for what I've typed. It doesn't always have to be a question, sometimes just a random bunch of words.

For example today i thought of the line "benefits of mining in Canada" and it brought up all this information about mining in Canada. I then read about it all. Of course, this is subject to the free time I have. I used to draw in my free time but I'm suffering from artists block so I do this now instead in the meantime. Hopefully some of this random stuff will trigger an idea or my imagination back into action. I then use the random topic information in conversation with my friends, when they're talking about something entirely different, something shallow like the dress martha was wearing at the pub and how slutty she was acting, I chip in with the benefits of mining in Canada.

  • Never hurts to have an inquisitive mind I suppose, but the random factoids might piss your friends off

I'd say that omglula is right about the inquisitive mind never hurts, and also dependent on how frequently you do it it might piss off your friends, but I suppose it's your free time you do with it how you please! If you become more centred about things that interest your friends then it might mean the pissing them off issue will be decreased also if you centre it around artistic things it might help spark some ideas!

The phrase which you had used is an incorrect derivation of 'writer's block'. In future, please use 'creative block', in place of the phrase used in this piece.

Please do not use -ists or -isms.

    Thank you.

        You're welcome.

The term "soul", is an archaic presupposition which is patently incorrect, and should be avoided.
This concept or idea has no basis in nature whatsoever, and therefore simply does not exist for the following reason:
Everything in the Universe, including space, has physical properties.
If something does not have any physical properties, then it simply does not exist, in this Universe, or in any other Universe.
Should you wish to refute this; then please denote any physical property of this imagined thing.
