Does it count if someone else is being an asshole first? The only "controversial" comments I can remember making were replying to people talking bullshit.
People who have arguments over the internet disgust me. No one cares about your opinion. Think you’re educating people? Say what you want and leave it. People have too much damn time to burn.
This happened to me once several years ago. I think it was because I had a habit of commenting TOO MUCH, almost like a spam filter. I don't think I was rude, just wrote often so I noticed my comments stopped showing up for like a week. I stopped writing and then I was able to see them again from another device
YouTube is a pile of wank. I use it a lot because the videos are useful or interesting to me, but as an actual business they are unethical and moronic in their practices.
Don't waste your time worrying about why they have done the things that they have done. They suck.
"YouTube is a pile of wank."
Oh my gyod, hahahah.
I notice the comment section though is often people arguing about retarded junk. The commenters say cliche shit like "Who is watching in 2019" or saying "Your mom is a fag" or talking about Justin Beaver. Or is it Justine Queefer?
I mean it makes this forum look like intelligent conversation by comparison. Or maybe entelejunt konvursashun.
I had a kid comment "Dis siht iz gay and ur mom is a fag noob!" on a video, where I got an ECU remap on my E-class...
Seriously, if your kid goes to random videos and says ^that^ crap, you (as a parent) have failed and shouldn't have any more children!
Yeah, I think it's a compulsion in some people. You see those comments on every video, unless the poster deletes stuff.
I remember watching a video review of a baby monitor I was considering purchasing, and seeing comments there about how the guy in the video was apparently a retarded faggot who sucks cock. I was thinking... Why the fuck are these people even watching baby monitor reviews? How did those kids end up there? They must just watch pretty much all the videos up there and comment randomly.
"Why the fuck are these people even watching (whatever type videos)?"
The eternal Question.
The "Justin Queefer/your mom is a fag" comments are often on heavy metal videos. Like, isn't EVERYONE who looks up hard rock songs from the early 80's a little too old for those stupid remarks?
Now you are going to bitch-slap me for asking this, but -
Did you watch the baby monitor videos in 2019? Oh my gyod, couldn't resist.
+1 for Justine Queefer... Still a lame thing to say on good metal videos. I mean, just enjoy the song without mentioning other wannabe garbage singers.
Absolutely, and then I commented asking who else was watching in 2019 because I am what is wrong with society.
Their funny sometimes though at least on the videos I watch. That's the only remotely valuable purpose they have tho imo.
All the stupid trolling comments I have left, an yet no bans on youtube.
That tells me you must be a sick little shit and say some horrible things.
YouTube is run by SJWs.
If you are an anti-SJW person too, it might be very possible that you got shadowbanned.
SJW websites like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc. tend to shadowban, or even completely ban anti-SJW people and content what anti-SJWs post.
We are currently living very tough times. SJWs are censoring almost everything.
i am not an uploader but by searching i gathered some info.. I got shadow banned a long time ago probs for posting unpopular opinions.. but now my comments seem to be visible idk why, maybe because i complained about it using the feedback button on yt..
make sure to check ur comment wen ur not signed in 2 see if ts visible.. also ur comments will get filtered if the uploader setups his settings to hide certain comments that contain a certain word like 'fuck' 'shit' or contain a link etc.. also if an uploader sees a comment he doesnt like he can delete it...

I don't ever comment really so I wouldn't know but just judging by the size of the platform and the format, I would not be surprised. I'd say it's quite a waste of time to try and play bullshit police in the YouTube comments.
If you go on a video expecting to see your comment as the first comment in the list, that's not how it works. Often you have to scroll down a bit first.
No, I wrote a reply to someone then checked the comment from my work computer (not logged in) and it wasn't there (the vid Op is fairly popular and doesn't delete comments, and it was nothing offensive anyway). I'm looking at my comment history and it only shows the one I made before that and then a continuous loading circle.
