Is it normal i got vertigo playing an xbox game?

I was playing the new Tomb Raider on the Xbox. In it, (SPOILERS) there is a scene in which Lara has to climb up a radio tower to send an SOS. The tower is really tall and it is really windy. The game shows her almost falling a few times. I felt nauseous and had vertigo during that whole scene/piece of gameplay. I know it's not real, but I couldn't help feeling dizzy and sick. Is this normal?

    Normal. Perhaps, you shouldn't play Mirror's Edge either.
