Is it normal i have constant headaches multiple times every day?

So the only person I've ever known to have headaches and migraines on a regular basis was my father. I believe he has chronic pain (what parent doesnt?), and as such I grew up from around 5 and onward rhat if I had any physical problem or hurting, I would be told to take 4 ibuprofen.

So I've noticed recently after a problem with the curvature of my back as well as with my pacing and a neck injury, I am very used to pain, especially in my head. I am known for neglecting myself like any good young adult, having an eating disorder, 5 hours of sleep a night, and drinking less water than a damn cactus. However, I have been taking good care of myself for the past months. I have been trying to get 8 hours sleep minimum, and I have a water amount that I have to reach or exceed every day. My eating disorder is extremely hard to curb, but I have been doing so good so far.

I noticed with all of this the pain my head is in. Like 3 times every week I have to take at least an hour off of anything because of the pain just to lay down. The sockets if my eyes are in a permanent state of pain, just like the rest of my head. I have been dealing with headaches for a long time, and they got really bad in my early teens. Then I just, kinda stopped noticing. I have somewhat of a constant headache nowadays, only getting sweet peace once in a blue moon.

Is this normal, or am I just fucked up? Thanks.

I used to work with a dude who claimed his mother had a migraine headache that lasted two weeks. Is that even possible?

Do you spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen? When you said eye socket pain, the first thing I thought of was eye strain.

Try to lay off the screens for a while and see if your symptoms improve.
