Is it normal i have fear of being in just bra and pantie in front of doctor?

So i have to go to military test where i have to be examined in my bra and panties. I have this huge anxiety of being naked/ semi naked in front of others. Last time i had to be in my panties was when i was 10 or 11 years old and my mother was with my and the doctor was there to, and i felt so humiliated and don't know why. Due to something like and some other things like and having to take swimming lessons i school i developed PTSD.
So what should i do, am i going to jail if i don't listen to them and take of my clothes when they ask me to? Please i would really appreciate some advice.

    No offense (and I REALLY man no offense because soldiers are horrible people) but I don't think you're cut out for the military.

      I am not joining military its a compulsory test one has to take before one can go into military. You have to take it weather you want to join or not.

    They have seen it all and its there job to act professional....you probably could ask for one of those gowns that open in the back

    I don't understand. Are you afraid of being in your underwear or of being examined? Do you have a good body? Or are you insecure about your body and scared that people will make fun of you?

      yes i am afraid of being in my underwear while i am being examined. But i am also afraid of being examined if i am i clothes too just less. I think i am insecure of my body and scared they will make fun of me. Although i know for sure no one is going to laugh at me but the thought of the seeing me in underwear is what i dont like.

    Jail for being too embarrassed to be seen in your undies? What military is this that you're considering joining?

    This sounds like a phobia you'll need to deal with BEFORE you enlist

      I m not joining the military, but all/ or at least those who are chosen have to go to take tests before they can join military. The test is compulsory on every one and if one does not show up on the test on can get a fine or jail, if one either don't show up, don't listen to what they say under the tests, or don't behave properly. The test consists of running some amount of time, some math tests, medical check up where one have to me in underwear. Yeah it is a phobia but they dont care, do they?

    IF you are going into the military you might as well make up your mind right now, people are going to see you in your panties and bra, and what's more, they're going to see you in your birthday suit! It's no big deal, unless you're a guy. Most everybody feels a little uncomfortable in their underwear or naked, and if you make any kind of a scene about it then EVERYBODY looks at you more closely to see what's wrong with you.
