Is it normal i just like playing solo?

Idk why but I never had someone to play games when I was young, so I just played solo most of the time, and when ppl invite me to play local or online, I don't have fun.
I'm not good at fighting games, so I decided to practice a bit just to get better and not look like a dumbass, but I don't enjoy playing online that much. I mostly spend time on practice or arcade rather than multiplayer.
Same with mmorpg. I play and I know that a lot of ppl go clear dungeons or weekly challenges with parties, but I like going solo.
Is it normal always playing alone?

Games used to all be solo. It was great. I don't have much time to play anymore, but when I do you can bet your arse I won't be doing any of that online group shit. Solo all the way. Get lost in the game.

well fighting games are shit anyways. Solo games are generally better all around. Look at elder scrolls online. Despite its annoying method of combat i wiuld of loved that game if online play was optional. So i can play with my friends but when they aren't online I can still have fun only instead group of 4 walks in a dungeon behind me and kills everything in like half a second so im stuck standing around for 20 minutes for it to respawn.

One time i walked into a boss room and i litterlu saw the boss for a whopping 1 second before someone killed it and it counted it complete for my quest rendering me unable to fight him. Thats when I decided im done with the game.

Look at runescape they've gone out of their way to make playing their way the only way and playing with others more important. Wich os bullshit. I work 2 jobs I don't got time to make friends and coordinste. Its just frustrating. One of the reasons gaming is loosing its interest

Yeah, I think it's bad when you go quest with a party and there's always a whale that destroys the boss in one or two hits. Especially if the game only gives you rewards if u actually do any damage to the boss. If u didn't and the whale killed it first, its like "deal with it pleb"

Now, for fighting games, every time I go online, when ppl lose they immediately ragequit like they can't even go for 3 rounds bc too salty, or if local, ppl take it too seriously as if they were in a live tournament. I'm always like "chill out dude, we're not going pro, we're just playing for fun." and they always scream or rage.

That's why I gave up playing co-op. Ppl are too salty and competitive, they barely go for fun or shits n giggles.

In my day, you only ever played solo unless you were super fortunate to have a friend with a gameboy AND the same game as you.
