Is it normal i keep getting acne in weird places?

I keep getting acne in weird places. In my ears, (obviously) on my face, and now on my elbows? Howmst the fuck did it get on my elbows?
Is this normal? Acne kinda runs in my family (like, worse than normal acne), so I'm assuming so, but I wanna be sure.

    If it's genetic, then yeah, it's normal. Perhaps a good acne body wash would help?

    I acne inside my nose and what you have isn't really that weird and the worst part is I am a very clean person.
