Is it normal i keep needing to faint

Well where I live is cold. However the other day we were stuck working in the rain and my body got very cold. I the next day got a fever which went away in a day. However it's two days later and I noticed anything which requires breathing like excersise or if I'm too hungry my heart start racing and I feel like I'm going to faint. Usually the rain here only happens at night but that day it happened in day time.

To OP, ignore the meow remark, I was teasing barstool for his/her comment.
I think that one of the reasons that you may be feeling faint and getting exhausted so easily is that since the day you had the fever after being in the cold all day, your body probably became very low in nutrients since having a fever largely takes away your appetite and therefore didn't eat much of anything, and you mayve become dehydrated too. Also, when you have a fever and the few days following it, your immune system is weaker than normal, and that takes away energy also. Spend a few days taking it easy, staying out of the cold, and eating a lot of healthy foods, especially vegetables and fruit for vitamins, particularly oranges for vitamin c. And try to eat as much protein as you can too so your body can repair it's muscles. And drink a lot of water to rehydrate yourself. That should help you feel better.
