Apparently I put in payday loan app. I never signed anything. Where are the calls coming from?
If you never signed anything or made an oral contract, nor received any money or paid services from them, you're either being phished or just hassled by them to do business. Ignore them if you don't want to do business with them and check your credit to make sure everything is legit.
I keep getting something that I have $10,000,000 waiting in a Nigerian bank.
As them some specific questions: how much do you say I borrowed and when would be the obvious one and even more obvious, ask THEM what company they're calling from and can you call them back.
It sounds like either a scam or someone has used your name to borrow money: either way you need to find out what's going on. Don't just ignore it: from a legal point of view you need to find out if it's genuine or not.
Said I signed up for a 1500$ loan and they are ready for me to go arrange to get it.
Ummm what's going on? I replied to this and the reply vanished!
Anyway, I suggest you go into their office and have a look at the documentation and whatever ID they were given, that way you may be able to find out who's using your identity.
Keep telling them you didn't apply for it and you don't want it and whatever you do DON'T SIGN ANYTHING.

DON'T SIGN ANYTHING: keep telling them it wasn't you who applied for it and that you don't want it.
