I really like listening to foreign music. What I mean is music in languages I cant understand. I just love the sound of foreigners especially German. I love how German sounds but Japanese and Germans are the ones I could probably understand better.     I listen to foreign songs precisely because I don't understand the lyrics.

    Let's face it, most lyrics are pretty primitive. Or, which is even worse, they are pseudo-profound. Yuck.

    Very normal. I can attest to this (I've been a fan of the Gipsy Kings since I was 2-3 years old since my relatives always played them, and it actually inspired me to learn Spanish).

    It depends on the person, but since I was raised literally surrounded by music in different languages (yay for multicultural families), I'm open to it.

    Just don't be shocked if some of the translated lyrics are completely different from what you're feeling. I recently discovered that with some Brazilian music. It almost made me not want to listen to those songs again, but that's one man's opinion.

    Sure. I love to hers foreign languages in songs that way you just go by the feeling of the music.

    Yeah, I listen to a ton of those japanese anime openings and I usually have no clue what they're saying until I find a translation
