Is it possible for a person who has your email address to find your YouTube account? I have liked a lot of inappropriate things on YouTube that I don't want certain people seeing. Mostly lesbian porn & I'm straight so I don't want fam to think I'm gay. ???

Go into youtube settings, and make your account private. Is a simple solution
If by "have your email address" you mean they also have the password and can log into it, and your email address is linked to your YouTube account, then yes, they most likely can find it. Otherwise, unless the names are very similar and they don't have your password, you are probably fine. You can probably hide your liked videos on YouTube, though I'm not sure. If you do, they would need to log into your YouTube account to see videos you liked.
Also, I wasn't aware YouTube allowed that content on their site. Let's just assume they do, since it doesn't change anything.

I'm not fully aware of how Gmail works, so I can't help you much on this one. However, this is why I recommend that most people use at least two email accounts.

Create another account with which to view/like porn videos. Might be wise to "transfer" your liked videos to the new account too.
YouTube is very interconnected through social media and other websites. It's a sharing site, I know every comment you can is displayed on your Google+
Why not just watch porn on a pornsite through incognito mode? Much safer.
