I can't get enough of gay or lesbian films but mostly gay males. I really enjoy the ones where there are two guys that fall in love or just a gay guy doing gay things. I think it's absolutely fascinating and beautiful and I love it. The weird thing is, I actually don't fully understand gay people nor do I know if I actually believe it as a real thing but I watch these films and respect the gay people in them and the characters that they portray.

I'm actually watching another one on Netflix as I write this post...IIN? I'm running out of gay films now.

    Your interest in films about gay people is probably similar to any kind of interest in a niche culture (why do Americans pronounce niche as 'neech' by the way?). Like people who can't get enough of Japanese movies, or Indian movies.

    It's a fascination with a minority subculture that has a lot of stereotypes and tropes you find appealing. It's something different from the mainstream. You'll probably get bored of it after a while and find some other unusual niche subculture to binge-watch.

    Just don't assume you know gay men based on those kind of movies, as some do; "Oh my god I love how fun and bitchy and cute gay men are! I want a gay best friend omg I'm a fag hag! HAHAHA!" Eurgh.

    It's okay, I was a f@g hag in college. Gay bars play the best dance music and my gay male friends were usually more fun than other chicks. I also love how gay clubs always have mirrors on the dance floor, because it reminds me of when I was going to dance classes as a kid. Good times.

    I know what its like as I have ran out of gay films on netflix too and I thought it would be borin without any new ones to watch but I read gay fanfiction and books I also like to watch gay anime because it is intriguing and different yet the same as the ones you find on netflix

    The gay director, Almodavar, tends to have a lot of LGBT subjects in his films.

    Absolutely Fabulous is an English Comedy show that has a lot of gay characters and references.

    In Japanese Anime/Manga, there exists the Yaoi and Yuri genres. (Male-on-male and Lesbian).

    My OTP is a gay couple. So yeah i feel ya. (OTP stands for One True Pair, idk if you know what it is but it's complicated)
