Any praying is not normal, there is no god. Only thing i do before i drive is check my seatbelt is clipped in.

It is fine by praying people obviously gain comfort and feel safe, in things that they would normally be worried about. IT is not hurting anyone and it lets them feel better about driving which will make them a better driver on the road.

Cars are lethal instruments. All the praying in the world won't absolve you from the damage you're do simply by driving one.

my curiosity is... WHY would it matter if it's normal or not? I think it's a great thing to do! I think it's great to pray before doing anything. Not saying you should or shouldn't do it with EVERYTHING but I hope you dont see it as a problem none the less because i think it only makes your driving beter and blessed!

My mom does that. She doesn't drive, but whenever she is in the car with me, or my dad, she prays for all of us.
