Is it normal i put ketchup on almost everything?

When I was little, I refused to eat anything but sugar so my mom had to trick me and put my meat and vegetables in pudding so I would eat it. After I caught on to that, she introduced ketchup and ever since then, I've put it on everything. Salad, meat, Mac&cheese, grilled cheese, broccoli... To me, its tasteless and flavorless without the ketchup. Recently, my mom has been pointing out that I need to give it up and my sister says I'm "too old for it." What does that even mean? Who's too old for ketchup? But I do get self conscious when I'm at someone's house and I have the urge to ketchup on my food and sometimes I don't even do it. People stare or get grossed out sometimes when I do it. Should I ignore everyone about it or give it up?

That's not good for you. Maybe you could down grade to eating home grown heirloom tomatos? They're sweet but much better than having ketchup on everything

At least, eat organic ketchup or make your own. Personally, I love ketchup. I haven't eaten it in a long time, but this post makes me really miss it. Ketchup, like other condiments, don't have age limits. Your family is probably weirded out/disgusted and instead of mature by being honest with you, they have chosen to go with this tactic.

Start using mustard instead. People won't think that's weird.
