Last night I had the weirdest thing happen to me! I had a dream which awoke me. But that's not the strange thing. My boyfriend apparently told me that during my sleep I was screaming loud and clear. Is it normal to scream in your sleep? And next time should my boyfriend wake me up?

    You should ask him to wake you next time. He probably didn't want to interrupt your sleep, but if you're having a nightmare it's better to just wake up.

    I've screamed in my sleep a few times. My husband didn't wake me up. It's probably better that your bf lets you sleep.
