    How much you should shower mostly depends on what you do and where you live. If you sweat or get dirty all day because you're doing physical work you should shower every day; But if you work an office job in a mild climate maybe you don't have to.

    I shower once a week on Fridays only. I hate taking an hour out of my time to take a shower. You seem more normal than me.

    that's ok just don't go any longer, I used to date a girl who only showerd about 2 times a week it was annoying.

        no she just didn't like getting her hair wet, it was long so it was a pain to dry and brush.
        She never got particularly dirty so it was'nt too gross but still when I would hug her I could tell, she probably hadn't had one in a while.

      It is generally recommended to shampoo your hair twice a week, but to take showers more often than that.

    loads of people do it, its totally normal. i prefer daily showers because of my hair but whatever suits you is fine
