It makes my night endless and it's like I'm semi awake every time the spit turns. I just want to black out and not be aware that I'm not sleeping... :(

    Try playing some relaxing music. If it is psychical pain and discomfort that is keep you up, it could be your mattress or something inside you. For instance, I have scoliosis and it has made some nights very uncomfortable and painful. I used to have a mattress with a loose spring that seemed bent on sodomising my body. It made sleeping a scary (I didn't know when it was going to pop through and go into my body), uncomfortable and painful experience.
