Is it normal i sleep so much?
A while ago I used to stay up all night and go to sleep at around 5 AM then wake up at around 4 PM the next day. I felt like this was fine and didn't feel tired or unhealthy, my dad kept complaining though saying I have to wake up like a normal person.
So I forced myself to change my normal sleep cycle and now I wake up really early at around 8 AM (usually the need to piss is the reason) but now during the day I feel tired most of the time, and it gets extremely bad where I'm very tired and lethargic I have to go to bed at around 7 or 8 PM.
This has never happened to me when I was staying up at night, so is it normal?
