Is it normal i sneeze at least 15 - 20 times "every" morning

The sneezing started since a few years back... I'm used to it since I get hay fever when its hay fever season. But I'm pretty sure it's not hay fever as it is now happening every season and every single day I wake up. Its getting worser as I wake up I have to sneeze alot then Its a cough thats lasted for more than 3 months and it hasn't left yet, its not a painful chesty cough but a cough with Mucus or whatever you call it. It has made the sneezing alot worser though.

I wont go to a doctor unless --> "it's a Disease" I'm only curious to what is happening.

You could have an allergy to something in your home .. washing powder/fabric softener/shampoo/pets/your partner ..
Only a doctor can figure this out for you ..

Yeah, well Polterguest is a little extreme and possibly way too definite in his/her diagnosis and cure, but it's worth investigating. Some mold and mildew spores can be pretty noxious or actually toxic. It's also possible to develop an allergy to relatively benign spores. Is your bedroom well-aired and dry?

If you're absolutely certain there's no mold or mildew in your house (not even under the floorboards, in the basement or attic) and the sneezing only happens when you wake up after sleeping in your normal bed, then I'd look for the cause there. Traditional mattresses can harbor all kinds of crap in them once they're a couple years old.

It is possible to get hypoallergenic mattress covers which supposedly contain the dust mite feces that many people are allergic to. https://learn.allergyandair.com/hypoallergenic-mattress-covers/

If it happens no matter where you sleep - in your own home, a hotel or wherever - then maybe it's something to do with the position you've been in?
