Is it normal i take very long naps?
Whenever I'm burnt out I fall asleep for a nap to get back some energy, but most of the time don't wake up for about 5 hours.

I don't even know if it qualifies as a nap anymore if it's 5 hours. Isn't that just regular sleeping?
Unless I have a timer or I am forced to get up, my nap sessions always turn into full blown sleep sessions. :/ It's terrible. It completely gets my sleep schedule out of whack. It would be wonderful to be able to take power naps and still be able to get on about my day fully energised.
Lucky you OP. I wish I could have a mid afternoon nap to recover from this insomnia.
I have accidental naps. I've fallen asleep mid conversation many a time :(
My longest nap was maybe 2 hours. I try not to take naps past 30min to an hour and set an alarm for myself.
