Is it normal i tell my self to "fuck up" after i sneeze because i hate it?

I get hay fever and I get it really bad during summer sometimes. I work outdoors as well which doesn't help but when I feel a sneeze come on and it doesn't happen I get pissed off. I also hate it when I do sneeze and my nose is full of mucus. I say to my self "fuck up", because I'm angry at me having to sneeze. IIN?

    Sneezing is natural. You can't beat yourself up for doing something you have no control over.
