Is it normal i think are fundamentalist christians might be indoctrinated?

Every time I see a fundamentalist Christian post on forums or youtube comments, they seem to be so absorbed in their complete knowledge that they don't question it even when prompted by new and external information fed to them? Am I just seeing things or are there no fundamentalist Christians out there that are reasonable (able to reason with)?

Those hardcore Christians scare me. They're too extreme. When they're that hardcore, they act like they're in cult.

They're hypocrites because God is the only one who can judge yet they go around judging everyone telling people they're going to hell. They think they're God or something.
I'm Christian but I don't associate myself with them. I feel like we are both 2 different groups / religions.

It's not just Christians. Blindly devout people of any religion can be impossible to reason with, or even have a conversation where your beliefs are different in even a small way.

I've never known what it's like to have complete faith but I have met those that totally and utterly believe and are sweet, kind and generous people and not the least bit irrational.

Really, discussing religion online does that to many people, Christian or not.
