Is it normal i think i have a yeast infection in my wound?

I had an open scrap on my neck and collarbone when I ate a girl out, and now it's all infected. She told me that she had a yeast infection but I said I didn't care and did her anyway. But it's been like infected for 8 months now and is now the size of a dollar bill and it smells like death and oozes pus all day then flakes over. If I leave it alone for like two weeks it will start to heal but then I get drunk and scratch all the scabs and flakey white skin shit off and it just reopens itself. I've tried like every cream and nothing helps it. What should I do?
