Yup drug addicts should never have kids, no kids should be raised in such a traumatic and unhealthy environment!

I don't know about elsewhere in the world but in the UK many families only have multiple children just for the syaye benefits.

Yes there should be conditions to be met in order to be a parent. Yes, being a druggie is absolutely selfish.

Ah, I think it should be illegal to have a kid if you have some catastrophic genetic defect that'll render them a non-verbal wheelchair-bound potato. No way for a child to live. The parents'll say, "oh, he/she's such a happy kid!" Yeah...mouth hanging open, drooling everywhere, limbs pointing every which way.

A lot of idiots will try for another baby because there's a 50-50 chance it won't come out the same. And when it does they whine about it and ask God why. Because you're a selfish prick who needed another another kid for some reason, that's why.

Drugies should be sterilized

I understand that thought, but there are better things to do. Improving education and rehabilitation would make a difference in this. There are some people that sounds never have kids, I agree, but providing that person with a better understanding of the consequences and giving them options of help would do much more good for the world.

If they are already pregnant you cant just say no and reverse the babifying process

My mom got addicted to crack when I was a kid. Good thing I only saw her sparingly. I don't know how long it lasted. Maybe a few months, maybe a few years. That was only the second time she got addicted. First time was in the late 90s, third time was in the late 2000s. She's not on anything right now but my brother told me he found cocaine in her bed like a year ago. Not sure whether to believe him or not.

You can stop doing drugs. Ive done almost every drug but I quit and now I barely ever even drink. Have a healthy son and stay at home wife. Making good money. All is well.

Agreed there should be rules for who gets to be a parent but unfortunately it's impossible to control. Although I think that if someone got out of addiction many years ago and is living a good, healthy life now they shouldn't get discriminated against and punished further for their past by not being allowed to have kids if they want to.

I’m just trying to understand how a dude doing drugs made a child intellectually disabled. Also, sometimes families wind up having children with disabilities and then the parents turn to drugs to cope with the stress. It’s a hard truth.

All children should be separated from their parents at birth and placed in government run facilities.
