I used to think 40 was old but I don't think it is old anymore. In fact I think it is quite young. Maybe not like a teenager young but you know what I mean.

      27 but I don't feel like I'm going to change much in 13 years, doesn't seem that far away either.

    Well i was called an old man by a 9 year old when i was 25 so i guess it really depends on you.

    I may be over 30 but my mentally age is like 10

    Yes, because you might be nearing forty. I used to think that 20-year olds were 'old,' at about 12, but now I think that's pretty young.
