Is it normal i've been getting really hungry lately?
Usually I eat the same thing for breakfast everyday and (generally) similar things for dinner each day. Lunch is little or nothing at all, but that normally doesn't bother me.
In the past few days my stomach has been grumbling a LOT during lunchtime, despite it never doing that before. I tried to ignore it but now, even after I eat dinner, it growls again! It annoys me to go to bed and have my stomach growling a bunch.
I am really confused because nothing has really changed in my schedule or life. Any ideas?
If it helps, I eat an egg and cheese sandwich everyday (I'm starting to hate it, but what else is there to eat?). For dinner I eat meat (usually chicken or beef) white rice/rice with corn and broccoli/cauliflower/string beans.
