Yes, he is a fully qualified doctor, you should definitely ask him.

what do you want me to do? If he only define this term for me would it do any harm to him or me?

If you have a health concern, you go to a doctor. If you're not stupid, that is.

What harm does it do? Well depends on what's wrong. I wouldn't know, I'm not a fucking doctor. But I'm smart enough to go see one when I have a medical concern.

is it really that big issue? Am i gonna die of it? Thing is you take each and every thing too seriously, perhaps his words might change things for me, why you are not in favour of taking chances and risks. There is a chance to share my feelings, words with other users and it is obvious that you don't like my this act. If i shouldn't do this then why in the world would anyone sign up for this site???

There could be lots of reasons for this. Do you spend a lot of time on a screen just before bed? Even having one turned on in your bedroom can affect your sleep patterns.

    You may have sleep apnea.

It could be sleeping in a poorly ventilated or dusty room

      Hey there,

You could well have sleep apnea as Ellenna pointed out, but see a Dr for sure as there are many things to rule out first.

I had a sleep test (in a clinic) and they found out that I was having 46 periods of not breathing for up to 20 seconds per hour all night long and I'm 84kgs and 5 foot 10 so not overweight or in any obvious risk group but the Dr said it was my narrow passage ways and a genetic thing. I have been on a sleep apnea machine now for 2 months and have never felt fresher!

My apneas have dropped to between 0.5 and 6 per hour now so this is something you might have to look into as I rubbished the idea at first, but waking up tired is a major symptom as is puffiness and a headache!

Take Care :) and pm me if you want anytime!

Bad idea: try having at least half an hour of screen free time before you try & sleep and don't have light from blue screens in your bedroom
