Is it normal i want go military but cant find anyone care for my kitty cat?

I really stuck. I want to join and they said my score is acceptable. However I have no idea what to do with my cat. I cant give it to my mother since she moving, I cant give it to my Aunt since she hates cats, I cant give it to my grandmother since she said she dont want more cats, I cant give it to my other grandmother since while she has had many cats said it will get the family sick.

I dont want to give him to the shelter since I know that they killed a lot of the animals they cant adopt(Which I find idiotic. Since if your going to just kill them why not release them into the wild? They should just kill the owners of these shelters for being mentally deficient). I messaged this company that said they help care for military displaced animals but they wont email back. I dont understand why.
