I want to donate all of my usable organs after I die to a medical institution but I feel my family would feel sad or feel awkward as only my partial body would be available to them. If there is a way that my body will not look any different after donating I would be glad to go for it.

    Be creamated as well. They'd still get the ashes and wouldn't be the wiser as to how many organs were missing.

    I can imagine the tension and awkwardness at the funeral feast when all the children are begging to be the first to get a bit of your liver and someone has to tell them it's gone missing.
