Is it normal i want to get my head tattooed?

I am losing my hair. I want to get a tattoo on my head. It will be above my left ear starting near my neck. Should I go for it? Will it look weird? Everyone tells me it will be a bad idea but I think cause people here see tattoos as taboo.
I would also like to have my eyelids tattooed saying GOD and LIFE. Anyways I can't do eyelid thing here or soon.
Let me know what you think about it. I want to discuss it with people who don't see everything as taboo.

    Yeah but when you get to the age of 80 you will constantly attacked by security guards at the bank because your tattoo would have descended to where your face is and people will think you are a bank robber

    I think the head tattoo should be fine (you can always wear a hat, or get a hair transplant/use hair growth remedy), but the eyelid one wouldn't be. If only because:

    - people would look at/think of/treat you differently (I'm not saying this is right, but it's how we've been conditioned in our society. And since we live in this society, we must expect our actions to be reacted to accordingly.)

    - it's hard to hide unless you are okay with using concealer

    - it would REALLY hurt

      Plus, if your artist goes just a tiny bit too deep, you could end up with a punctured eye... That wouldn't be good, especially if it got ink within it...
