In these hard times I miss the good old days of trashy weddings.

The trashiest one I went to was actually in a fancy venue but the average guest age was about 27 so a few hours in the gents tied their ties around their heads like school boys and girls did bouncing slut drops to Rihanna as multiple couples banged in the toilets. A grumpy old man also had a loud rant about how people don’t think marriage through and that they’re now tied to that one person forever.

I really want to see a shot gun wedding in reality or maybe even a brawl. Do you miss trashy weddings? What’s the worst one you’ve ever seen?

    Worst one I've seen was a remarriage. It was in a church basement with a drop ceiling. Bride's dementia mom kept eating nuts and spitting chewed nut particles everywhere because there was no food to speak of. Speeches were so Scott's tots level cringy. Lots of jokes about being here again & I hope this one lasts. Drunk guy was trying to clink a glass to get the newlyweds to kiss. It shattered all over the floor & he didn't tell anyone. Shoeless bride walked in the broken glass.

    It was fucking amazing.

      Just the kind of trash I was hoping would wash up on this post.

      In terms of cringe the wedding I mentioned included the wasted mother of the bride laying hands on my Dad thinking it would cure him of his frozen shoulder.

      In another one the officiant went on a long monologue about how hard marriage is with her husband, the registrar, sitting right next to her. Once the couple were married my mother loudly exclaimed “They’ve only got one copy of the wedding certificate!” and grabbed the shoulder of my engaged cousin in the row in-front of us (who we’ve met about 3 times) and fiercely instructed him to get “TWO COPIES” at his own wedding “JUST INCASE”. It was so awkward.

    I went to Texas to visit my ex gf (gf at the time) aunt's wedding together. It was an outdoor venue in a park and the groom was late arriving on his motorcycle.

    I don't quite remember if it was them renewing their vows or if this was her 2nd wedding but needless to say, the groom was very trashy.

    He was groping the bride every chance he got, whether that be trying to grab her ass discreetly under her wedding dress, tonguing her down when it was time to kiss her or when he was straight up groping her on the dance floor afterwards.

    He also did that thing where the groom pulls the bride's garter off with his teeth. He got on all floors during his dance after being really frisky with her to do it.

    Her kids were there to watch the whole thing too, they all seemed in their early 20s, but regardless that must've been pretty awkward for them ngl.

      I will never understand and why anyone wants to see a garter removal at a wedding, save it for the bedroom. Those poor adult kids.

    I never go to weddings but some of these trashy ones sound fun. Just get drunk and let loose. I have to try it one day.

    Where do you find a trashy wedding though? Facebook?

      I think you just have to befriend some trashy people or people with big trashy families. If you just want to hear the drama look for wedding shaming groups on Facebook, they give me hysterics sometimes.

    Never seen a trashy wedding. Usually the brides dont want that.
