Is it normal i wash my hands and feet several times

I wash my hand before and after preparing foods. I wash my hands first thing when I come back from outside. I wash my hands and private once I have had sex. I wash my hand after touching things like bags, worn trousers. I wash my hand after holding my wife's hands.

    I'd say if you wash your hands after holding your wife's hands then you're taking it to the extreme. How does she feel about that?
    If you have a few moments sitting around being bored and you absent mindlessly twiddle your thumbs, do you then run and wash your hands because each hand touched the other one?
