Is it normal it's not my fault i'm fat?
I have a medical issue called hypothyroidism, which makes it more difficult to lose weight. I wouldn't call myself obese but I am overweight, however I have tried losing weight. I eat three meals a day and make sure I don't go over my calorie intake I've set for myself, and I usually do between 2 - 4 hours of exercise daily, however I am seeing no results, I'm not gaining weight or losing it, I'm basically just staying the same. I began cutting my food intake more and more and trying to exercise more but it's still the same. I really want to be skinny though because I hate how people look at me in public as if it's my fault for being fat despite trying to take all the measures I can to stay fit and healthy.
