Is it normal milk makes me feel sick suddenly?

Over the past few months milk has been making me feel really sick, I've been feeling really full and had cramps in my lower abdomen.
It's only milk, not yogurt or cheese (although I've never been a fan of cheese).
I'm in my twenties so is it normal for this to be happening now, out of nowhere? I was given soya milk as a child but been drinking normal milk without any problems for nearly ten years.
Anybody have any thoughts?

Allergies and food intolerance can happen at any age. Up until I was 14, I could drink milk just fine, but then one day, it gave me gas and cramps. I've been drinking lactose free milk ever since. Also I'm now 30 and my body has recently developed an intolerance to anything with artificial sweeteners. I have to carefully check everything that's low calorie now.

If you really want to know what's going on then you should talk to your doctor or you can try other types of milk or just stop drinking milk all together

That happen to me, try to change the milk to healthier version, or maybe you are just intolerance to lactose, just go to a doctor.
