Is it normal most bosses, managers are assholes?

Almost every person in a boss position is a big asshole at least some of the time. Doesn't seem to matter what kind of job , from mic Donald's to the government. Why is this ?

    They didn't start that way. Their boss is an asshole and managing their staff is like herding cats, so they turned into an asshole out of frustration over being caught in the middle. When you get promoted to manager, you too will soon become an asshole.

      Lol I'd make a crap manager, I'm way too nice and irresponsible. If someone didn't show up I'd be like" ok, close the place today" :)

        Hahahaha! Yeah, am a "too nice" manager. So, I have to be careful to hire self-motivated people and manage them like a mentor and coach. If I end up with a jerk on my staff, I'll eventually trade them off to one of the asshole managers and get someone new.

      I agree but I think peoe who are assertive are the ones to seek high positions.

    its parta the job to deal with and correct peoples and deal discipline

    theys also sposta recognize good peoples doin good shit too

    problem with most management is that they started as management and never worked theys way up from the positions theys managin

    Most bosses become assholes because the workforce ids basically useless and the boss has to get the work done with retards. So if your boss is an asshole, you made him that way.
