I found him playing a very infantile game on his phone called Abyssrium. You pretty much tap the screen until you grow a fish or some stupid shit like that. Should I be concerned that he's playing a baby game?
Some people like very simple games because they find it relaxing. In real life I have some magnetic sticks and metal balls from my childhood that I still sometimes build structures out of just to crush them down, they’re designed for children but it’s calming.
I’m guessing your friend is doing the same here, it’s nothing to worry about.
It's like the balloon popping game that Jerry was playing in rick and morty. It was so well received that the rick and morty creators made the balloon popping game on the app store.

It's probably not a "baby game" but instead one of those slow games meant to be relaxing. .. I'm not a fan of them myself though. There's so little happening in them that it stresses me out even anymore.
