Is it normal my bed vibrates at night
My bed has this month started vibrating at night and no its not in my head!!!
I am fully awake + I have been able to record the noise at makes as I have a folded up x-pen leaned against it which makes noise against the bed when it starts to vibrate. Twice my bed has also stood further out from the wall than it did the prior day when I woke up.
This isn't an entirely new thing either.
For years now we've had a small table in the apartment which will start to vibrate at random times. It has a lantern on top of it which makes noise when the table vibrates so we hear it. Nothing else in the whole room is vibrating, only that one table. That specific table actually used to stand in my bedroom years ago when this all started but it hasn't for a long time now yet it has continued vibrating.
Yes we live in an apartment and between 2 roads but the vibrations has nothing to do with that as we've already noticed.
Whenever a large or noisy veichle drives by outside there is no vibrations from the table or the bed, even if we can feel the floor vibrating from it. Very strange actually. Same if a neighbour uses their washing machine or something else noisy, it doesn't cause any furniture to vibrate.
I have wondered if it is some kind of vibration in the ground but I guess it would be odd for only 2 furniture to be affected and surely the neighbours on the bottom floor would be worse affected in that case and it would've been discovered as they would surely complain about it. I really cant figure out the cause.
