Is it normal my boss hated me on sight?

I loved my old manager and we got along great. She transferred and the new manager does not like me at all. Ever just feel that someone dislikes you for no real reason? Since then she's left me nasty degrading notes about how my performance is bad and accuses me of not doing duties which ARE done ( you didn't clean up, you didn't fill in stock etc) but she acts nice to my face. She even called to tell me I didn't show up for work when I actually wasn't scheduled for that day.My copy of the schedule was different from the one posted at work...maybe on purpose.
This sounds trite but I think she dislikes me because we look similar but I'm prettier and everyone likes me better because I'm nicer and the customers like me better. I really think she's looking to get rid of me. Need advice.

I quit instead. Gave my boss more than 2 weeks notice as to be courteous to the fact that we were severely understaffed. At the end, i got him to show off his true colors - the emotional maturity of a 12 year old - and he was lucky enough to not be left shorthanded. Godbless, the people who have to put up with his fake bullshit.

Talk to someone in human resources if it continues to worsen.

If you truly believe this, the first thing I'd do is confront her about all these things in a calm, personal conversation in an attempt to get to the bottom of any issues there may be. It doesn't have to get ugly unless you let it. If that doesn't work, I think your only option is to report her. This could have a big affect on your job, so you will be doing what you have to.
