Is it normal my budgie is scary?

I love my bird but sometimes he creeps me out. He will fly over onto your shoulder and start whispering into your ear, he also hangs upside down in his cage as well as standing on one foot and doing the splits.

He has a very small beak but he makes this scary noise and will try to bite you through the bars if you walk past him. His eyes also scare me because they are so black is this normal?

    Years ago when I had one he used to fly on top of my house rabbit's back and just hitch a ride. www, now I miss my old budgie. :(

          My sister had a crazy bunny who hippity hopped up the stairs then scratched my leg which caused him to painfully break a front claw so he screamed and scratched me again for good measure. There was blood, but it was awesome! He also sprayed people and dogs, knocked things over, and bit a canary's tail off! It's a good thing we didn't have a feline or there would have been some cat rape going down. His name was Snowy.
