Is it normal my cat rapes my arm?

Horrible story really... You might just want to close your eyes for this one... My cats name is E.T *yes like in the E.T phone home* his male obviously and for some reason he tends to rape my arm!!! Why! He has been fixed! Is this normal, I personally think his a bit to young to be even thinking about things like that.. Could Animal planet be the problem???
