Is it normal my dog pooped and pees and pukes on the rug>

I have a dog, lately he poops, pees, and sometimes vomits but only on the rug. sometimes i accidentally pee a little on the rug in the bathroom and get a little poop or puke on it by accident, and then the dog comes in an hour or 2 later and completely pees and poops on the rug. the problem is if you dont watch him, he eats his own poop and throws it back up again. Should I just throw the rugs out, maybe he mistakes it for one of those wee wee pads?

    How do you accidentally get poop on the rug?

    im 90% sure that he thinks that's one of wee-wee pads,either that or he saw you do that,and he thinks its cool for him to do that too,i would suggest you to throw that rug away,or give it away.just my opinion after-all,not a expert
