Is it normal my dog snorts?

I have this 3-year-old Mini Schnauzer and when she's excited, she'll snort. is it normal for dogs to do this?

    Look up "Inverted Sneeze". It only happens to small dogs. My mother's dog does this too. I don't enjoy hearing it.

    My sister's poodle does this sometimes. Try not to get the little guy too excited.
