Is it normal my lungs are sore after waking, sometimes i wake up not breathing?

Way too little information here. Could be allergies or asthma. Could be sleep apnea or a similar disorder. If you can afford it, go to a sleep clinic. If you can't, well, you can often still call up and get a free opinion or something

Surely you mean you have difficulty breathing?

Go to the doctor and get your lungs checked

  No, I mean sometimes i stop breathing and it wakes me up. I even had my cousin sit up and check on me while sleeping to see if i dreamed it and he said no that my lips turn blue.

    That sounds like quite a serious medical problem - I'd be seeing yr doctor ASAP
